Everything il ever need in a tv great make beauty one day i will own one of these beauties.

Gives the impression of a much larger tv, than it actually is.

Philips 65PUS6262/05 65-Inch 4K Ultra HD Smart TV and Philips HTL5160B/12 3.1 Streaming-Soundbar : It has made every programme that we watch more enjoyable and taken xbox gaming to a whole new level.

Amazon worked hard to re-stock. Kept me informed as to delivery dates and shipped as promised. Arrived with casing and contents intact. Ambilight is impressive and picture quality is superb for a tv of this price. Smart apps work well, prime, netflix, as does sky, bt vision et al. I work the sound through a bose sound system so the tv looks and sounds fantastic. Philips tv replaced a panasonic and is a great step up in quality but i wish i had taken the phillips 55 inch.

Bought 55 inch version at argos £499. Tv can’t display 4k [email protected] only displays 4k [email protected] Then again it’s a cheap 4k tv.

This is an awesome tvi’m very happy with this, superb picture and sound qualities. The ambient light is phenomenal.

I felt like i should probably review this tv now i’ve owned it for a week. First of all, after setting up the picture i have to say it’s one of the best i’ve seen. Movies look fantastic, especially with the motion setting turned on. Colours are natural and good, blacks are strong. But you will need to change the settings up quite a lot. The sound (which i find best on movie mode) is better than average on most newer 4k tv’s i’ve tried out. I’ve had serious problems with input lag while playing video games on newer tv’s. However, this is the first set i’ve tried that doesn’t seem to have an issue with it. Make sure you have your ps4 plugged into hdmi 2 though.

Philips 43PFT4132/05 43-Inch Full HD LED TV and Fire TV Stick : A pretty standrad 43″ TV which doesn’t have SMART functionality

Phillips have produced another high quality product with this 43 inch tv. The set up is simple and within a matter of minutes you’ve tuned the tv and are ready to start watching. The tv has inbuilt freeview and hd. The picture is just as striking as you would expect and the sound quality is also excellent. The tv has the ability to record/pause live tv with a usb device plugged in. I am yet to try this feature but nice to know it’s therethe tv does not have smart functionality which is fairly unusual for a new product but it’s worth noting that this is reflected within the price.

This is an excellent television. Good screen size, with little frame, and very good picture quality. Nice and stable on footings. Only negative is that there are only two hdmi ports; i’ve got round this by purchasing a multi point hdmi input for one of the them, but it would have been nice to have a couple more. It’s not a smart tv, but neither is it advertised as such.

The philips 43” full hd tv (model 43pft4132/05) is a modern-style flat screen tv that offers high-definition picture quality as well as built-in freeview channels. The first thing that really needs to be pointed out about the tv is that it is not a smart tv. This really was a bit of a surprise. Most modern tvs these days have built-in smart capabilities, meaning they can connect to the internet (via wi-fi) and through this you can watch catch-up and on demand tv as well as a whole host of other internet based channels and the like. Sadly, this tv only offers you freeview. Aside from the lack of smart functionality (which i think is a real disappointment) the tv does provide a reasonably good menu screen and channel info. As you go through the channels it provides you with the basic details clearly on the right-hand-side of the screen (not shown along the bottom like most tvs do). The volume display shows on the left hand side of the screen (showing the volume in numbers and along a line). There is one smart input and one hdmi input on the back. It would have been nice to have had more – say for a dvd player, blu ray player etc.

  • This is an excellent television. Good screen size
  • Great TV
  • A pretty standrad 43″ TV which doesn’t have SMART functionality

Philips 55PUS6523/12 55-Inch 4K Ultra HD Smart TV – Great TV for the

This really is a fantastic tv especially for the price that i bought it for from amazon. Very easy to set up and use. Terrific picture and i have to say the sound considering the width of the tv is impressive. If your thinking about buying one, do it. I’m very happy with this uhd tv. Obviously not had it too long to comment on reliability, but great buy and would buy again.

Overall, lost a star because of two issues for me. 1) after hanging on the wall, there is no access to the various ports, usb, hdmi etc. 2) every time i switch on the tv, it tells me there are no channels registered and to connect an aerial or cable and register some. I don’t have a tv licence so do t want any channels.

I decided to upgrade my tv from a normal one to a smart one. I chose this one because it had the amazon prime app built in. After getting it set-up i was amazed as to how well the nfl looked on it. Here are the specifications for the Philips 55PUS6523/12 55-Inch 4K Ultra HD Smart TV:

My first ‘proper’ smart wifi enabled tv. . Gorgeous picture with blu-ray, hd-dvd, dvd and youtube hq videos. Don’t get me wrong – an excellent smart tv for those starting out on a 4k capable tv experience, but not for me. Just watch out for the ridiculously small buttons on the remote (which has a curved back, impossible for picking up when relaxing and needing to wake up sufficiently to pick up and aim the damned thing) and the confusing menus for someone who has spent over a decade with panasonic gear. I now have the panasonic equivalent and peace is restored albeit with a slightly inferior picture (but not by much). A flawed miracle that may suit others (sent back).

The tv is great quality price, the picture and sound are awesome. Easy to set up so many preinstall apps incluiding prime video. But i put 3 stars because the power cable is missing, i wasn’t on the box.

Reviews from purchasers :

  • Trusted Name, brilliant product.
  • A Lot Better Than I Imaged It Would Be (But Funny Specs On HDMI Inputs)
  • Surprisingly good sound, excellent value

I must admit to having already formed an opinion that this budget tv form their range was going to offer poor results and i was wrong it is pretty good :)i shall however go over the hdmi inputs specs which seem to me are a little strange. 2 only on hdmi1computer inputs on hdmi1 up to 4k uhd 3840×[email protected] hzcomputer inputs on hdmi2/3 up to 4k uhd 3840×[email protected] hzvideo inputs on hdmi1 up to 4k uhd 3840×[email protected] hzvideo inputs on hdmi2/3 up to 4k uhd 3840×[email protected] hzalso not listed on the product spec page is that hdr support is only hdmi2/3 and arc is on hdmi1it does not say which specification the hdmi ports meet. So to get the best picture out of a uhd blu-ray it needs to be on hdmi2/3 but if you are using an a/v amp and want the tv sound on it it has to be on hdmi1 with no hdr and 30hz maximum. I assume the better models offer more flexibility. Anyway, setup was easy and the tv is pretty light weighing only 8. 8kgit does have satellite support but no uk channel lineup but if you pick austria they are in amongst the 800 channels so unless you are a nerd ignore the satellite connection. Tv aerial freeplay support works as expected. Either wifi or wired network connection are available with options for sound style (the speakers point down and are on the bottom). The silver grey colour of the tv clashes a bit with by black tv stand but i can get used to that.

Wasn’t sure given the price what this would be like but it’s excellent quality very pleased , though maybe should have gone for a bit less than 50 inch screen haha.

Freeview hd channels look stunning on this tv and my playstation games have lot’s more detail, the downside at least for me was that ‘normal’ channels look particularly poor, there seems to be fringing on the edges of everything and everyone as though it’s been over processed. I have altered the settings and still, non hd channels look worse quality than on my old tv. I cannot say 100% that it may be improved by more fiddling about with the settings but as i rarely actually watch tv i’m not too fussed. Tv was extremely easy to set up and having the catch up internet channels right there is excellent. Very much worth the money on the budget end of 4k smart tv’s.

I bought this 65-in tv for my xbox and i am really happy with it.

Arrived 16hrs after delivery, not on prime just standard free delivery. The hardest thing about the set up was opening the boxit took me five minutes to set up wifi, hdmi input devices and xbox connection. Looks and sounds great so far, of course it’s only the first day of use but, wow.

Great quality 50 inch smart tv; philips brand for sure a lot better brand compared to heinse such wraps properly & protected the screen in the box, screen a lot better quality, stronger but light & all the functions a lot better too. Therefore, i can recommend philips brand to anyone wanting 50inch smart tv as great quality & value for your money.

Easy to set up and get online, great picture and sound quality. For the price it is a real bargain, best £300 i’ve ever spent.

Great picture quality and contrast. This tv is on 24/7 in our office and it works great even when exposed to sun light.

Having bought four different makes of flat screen tv sets over the last ten years, i can say this latest phillips 55 inch ultra hd flat screen bought off amazon is truly a great buy. It arrived several days early, and because i am infirm, my adult son wired it up and said it was simple, and all you have to do is read the instructions if you must, but the tv does most of the ‘tuning’ itself. Apart from making sure the power is on and you are hooked up either by cable or wireless to your wi-fi (i. Skybox or bt box or another provider) simply update the ‘apps’ that operate the set. This is done on screen with the click on the remote control. In five minutes all was working beautifully, including youtube and netflix and loads of others. The picture is superb and sharp in focus and colours are natural. The sound is good too, although we have rigged up our samsung sound system to enhance the new set further.

I’m really pleased with the tv i love it.

I have just upgraded from my 39′ panasonic 1080p tv. The picture quality is superb- the screen is bright and colourful but also has great organic looking blacks. Great bass and doesn’t buzz on the high end. My only issue is that the interface can be sluggish at times but as i don’t use the smart features all of the time, this isn’t really an issue.

First time i recived a damaged tv with a blue line on the left of the screen, but the repleace of the tv was verry quick and the second tv it working verry good the quality of the image it s awesom, the sound can be better but at this priece it the best 4k tv you can get.

Btw the tv doesnt android but it has some apps already installed like netflix and youtube.

I have had this tv for a couple of days now and so far i’m pretty impressed. Considering the price it’s not bad at all. The only thing i have found is the sound quality is pretty poor but again considering the price i can’t grumble too much. This was rectified easily by adding a sound bar. The connections on the back of the tv are at an awkward angle so elderly purchasers may need some assistance. The tv is very easy to install and didn’t take long at all. All in all it’s a great tv for the price.

The picture isn’t always great when streaming tv through the internet. For the price paid and the technical specification of the product i would have thought the overall picture quality would be better.

I don’t dislike it it annoying because as you watching the screen decides to switch off why.

Philips 32PHT4112/05 32-Inch HD Ready LED TV and Fire TV Stick : picture good.

Good tv often turns off and goes on standby thats the only thing i don’t like about it other than that it’s good value for money.

This has gone in a teenager’s bedroom for xboxing and telly. It does both jobs just fine, and 39 inch is a nice size for a smallish room given the overall neat footprint of this (it’s incredibly light too). A few watch-outs though, hence three stars: – it’s 720p not 1080i. I’d challenge most mere mortals to be able to tell the difference between 1080i and 720p on a screen this size from six or seven feet away – i bet they couldn’t, i can’t.- but nevertheless you know you are not quite getting what is now the accepted standard for ‘hd’ broadcast, despite what to my eyes looks a great picture. Also it’s quite unusual nowadays to get a telly that has no smart features – easily fixed with a chromecast, roku or fire tv box or whatever – but make sure you are aware of this before you buy. The trade off for these compromises is of course the low price. I bought a telly less impressive than this about six or seven years ago for literally 12 times the current price of this. That said, there are other astonishingly cheap tellys out there in the sales that have an extra-inch, proper 1080i and a few smarts – so if you are shopping around you may find this isn’t the no-brainer it appeared at first sight.

The price was also very attractive.

Great value in the black friday sales for £160. Couple with a fire stick this is a great cheap smart tv option for my kids. It is however a very flimsy / light tv with a relatively poor and washed out picture. If this was my main tv i would be very disappointed, but at this price and as a second tv in another room i can’t complain.

Good value, cheap and cheerful.

Bought it as a display for my amazon fire tv in my bedroom. I am impressed about the settings menu, a lot of things to be changed and adjusted. Important:- if you plan to mount it on a wall, be aware that it only has 2 (two) holes in which you can use screws for the wall bracket mount. First tv i’ve ever seen this way. You need a solid mount that can hold the tv using only those 2 screws. – make sure that your wall bracket mount has a generous hole in the middle section (the one that gets fitted on the tv), as most of the input ports (hdmi and coaxial) will be covered by it. I barely managed to squeeze my fire device in the hdmi port.

For the money what i’ve paid this is a very good tv. I like the fact that it has two hdmi pods and i can switch between my ps4 and tv box.

Can’t seem to find a list anywhere of scheduled programmes, or to set regular reminders – perhaps i’ve not studied the tv closely enough, although my older 32′ plasma tv had a programme scheduler. Otherwise, a nice piece of kit, although finding the product on the philips website took some serious searching.

Bought this for the bedroom. Arrived very promptly and complete. Fairly easy to fix the stand, but not overjoyed with either the picture quality or sound. Viewed from anywhere but full-front, the picture seems milky, and i’ve tried unsuccessfully to adjust (brightness etc). Equally, the sound can be adjusted, but i’m not the best person to try, because of some hearing loss.

I was going to send this back but the price was so good i decided to keep it, thanks amazon.

Very good value for money so far no problems.

Easy to set up and a very sharp picture.

Great value for money, had no problems up to now.

We fine our new tv perfect size for us, great picture, colour and sound.

Just what i wanted and needed. The picture size is perfect.

Easy to set up brilliant sound and picture quality.

Good tv, clear picture quality and sound, arrived in time . Got a pretty good deal on amazon too.

Bought this as fit into budget for kids ps4. I didn’t realise how big a difference 720p to 1080p is. Picture is ok but looks washed out and no where near as crisp and bright as the outgoing 1080 tv. I should have researched this a bit more but it was a rush purchase.

Very reasonable price, no problems. Sound a little off, picture good.

Best tv ive had picture is amazing.
